Next to Heritage Hotel – Tanah Rata Gerard’s Place has been created to provide a simple, clean, modern and affordable accommodation for travelers; whom seek a cool getaway from the tropical heat of the lowlands. It is located in the Greenhill resort apartment complex, about 3 minute drive from Tanah Rata town/ 15 minute walk from the main bus station. While you will be sharing the place with other staying guests, we hope that you feel comfortable using our facilities and ask us any information you need about Cameron Highlands.

Really nice and homey place. Jay and her son were full of great advices and very kind people. The rooms were clean and big. Shared bathrooms were also clean. Highly recommended for a cozy and high quality backpacking stay

Such a beautiful apartment and the garden with a magnificent view over the mountains and the sunrise. Everything is spotless clean, comfortable and spacious. The owner is very friendly and nice and will give you many tips for nearby hikes and food options. Will definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 3 nights at Gerard's place with Jay as a delightful host. The stay was so relaxing and spacious with a kitchen and cozy living room and even an outside terrace. Jay gave us plenty information about which trails we can do and even brought us to the busstation when we left. She definitely was the highlight of our stay!

We had a great stay at Gerard's, loved the quiet area where it is located and that we could walk to town with restaurants, shops, bus station within 7 minutes. Felt like home with the common area where you can help yourself to a cup of tea. Also Jay and Joshua gave us information about the hiking trails and helped us organize our further travels, which was so nice! In fact we extended our stay twice because we loved the hiking and this cosy place so much 🙂
